I have been dealing with stoneberry…

I have been dealing with stoneberry for a few years now and was never disappointed but recently every time I look for a shirt or something they are out of my size. Its been a month now and they still don't have it in my size and its like who does the inventory.

Hmmm, I thought it already was, so I ordered it again. This time I didn't get anything saying it was cancelled. FINGERHUT ONLY!

I'm going to make sure I pay off the very LITTLE item I ordered from them, and I'm never using it again. I am going to make SURE I pay off this little item and never use it again. I repeated myself because this is just how adamant and determined I am to be done with stoneberry. I had JUST started an account with them, it hasn't even been a month of me being apart of stoneberry and I'm already done. It claims "this won't impact your credit score" THAT WAS A LIE! A BIG LIE!
My credit went down 15pts, stoneberry APPARENTLY is a hard inquiry, and it doesn't even report to credit bureaus on monthly payments so (whilst having an account) it can at least help your credit go up. I've been using Fingerhut, and my very first time to try things other than Fingerhut goes awry. So needless to say I don't trust anything else. I barely trust credit cards but it's a faster process in building credit. As far as applying to advance my credit via a website, not happening anymore. Fingerhut has been good to me since the minute I started with NO credit. In 3-4mths I went from no credit to 620, and progression, not once has anything went wrong having an account with them. Credit stayed going up. I'm so upset, that 15pts really threw off my speed.

Very Very upset

Very Very upset ! Misspell my granddaughter last name on her graduation pillow. They want me to pay the shipping and handling to return it! No where on the website that stated
You are responsible for any item to be returned! I have been ordering from them
for years it is over. The gift was $44 dollars to send it back is 30 no way. 74.00 for a pillow! Be careful what you order I will not refer them to no one!

Horrible

Stoneberry is a joke of a company. I have had nothing but issues with them. The first issue was when I ordered an above ground pool from them in February. The website said the item was in stock and would ship by the beginning of April. That was fine by me. However the available shipping date kept changing until finally it was changed to July 15th! I promptly cancelled that order, as I refuse to: 1) wait for 5 months for something to ship that I'd supposed to be in stock and ready to go, and 2) wait until the middle of summer for a pool! Then, I was stupid and decided ay the beginning of April to make a second purchase on Stoneberry, this time for two pairs of running shoes. One pair shipped April 13th, and the other pair two weeks later. And guess what? I STILL don't have either pair! Fed ex hasn't moved the first pair since April 23rd (today is May 11th) and after repeated attempts to reach out to Stoneberry to help, they refuse to do anything. Giving excuse after excuse of why they can't do anything. I opted for the payment plan (these shoes were not cheap), but I absolutely refuse to pay for these shoes until they are physically in my possession. I will NEVER purchase anything through Stoneberry ever again. They also charge way too much for shipping for this to be an issue! Stoneberry sucks!

Terrible Ethics

Turned over my account to collections DURING A PANDEMIC! I'm struggling to pay rent, utilities, and eat. I offered partial payment but was refused. They would rather it fall further behind then turn it over to collections, messing up people credit scores. I doubt this review get approved and posted.

My grandma bought a phone from them…

My grandma bought a phone from them only for it to be faulty and not work so she sent it back and paid shipping and handling. Now stoneberry has been calling her nonstop saying she has not paid shipping and handling and they will start to target her credit score and send her bills until she pays it well she has a receipt showing she paid it but they said she's a liar and now continues to call her at 7-8am daily telling her to pay her debt or they won't stop calling her to wake her up I've tried to help her but they said they will get their money regardless. I highly recommend not going thru them as they will harass you over money that was paid and if they continue to harass my grandmother legal action will be taken so I recommend buying thru anyone but these guys

Rude, doesn't even begin to describe

I was not looking for a handout I called and explained my situation planned on making my payment just needed some help I was shot down not able to explain my situation. Pointblank ask after I explained "why is it you can't make your payment?. Totally blew my mind. I have dealt with customer service on both sides of the fence. I Pray she never sits from where I am setting because she absolutely has no compassion and apparently neither does her superior. I will get it paid off eventually but I will never purchase from them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. I kept Products that should've been sent back (Wrong sizes, not as pictured or as advertised) because the shipping was too much to be sent back and will still pay for them. Everyone, I know is going through some kind of trial right now but apparently not Stoneberry Credit Counselling Services, why even put the number on there and say call we can help.

Been with Stoneberry for 5yrs.

I've been a good customer ,payed on time. Did have trouble with in the past with payment. It was my bank card issue. But thing was ok after that. I move to a New location and 31/2 years later. I try to order something to see if I was still with as I still get their catlog ever 3 months. I was told that I have to pay half of the payment. I was like hey what happened... She's maybe it because you haven't ordered from us in a while. The credit department has to see if you still approved. Wow ... That's not all.... I just not waste my time and fingers to type all this . Not a happy customer.

As I am reading their policy on credit…

As I am reading their policy on credit limit increases t hey state a customer is eligible for an increase twice a year. I have had an account with them since September and never missed a payment and always pay more than minimum. But I have yet to see an increase of my credit limit. So my limit is still the same

I love stoneberry. Everything I have ordered I received quickly and has been exactly what I ordered. They post payment quick and deliver quick. Very happy with all their companies.
